GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE TELEMEDICINE CENTER STORE

These general conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions under which the Telemedicine Center store, a legal entity with NIF 513046720, headquartered at Rua Tomás da Fonseca Torre G 1º 1600-209 in Lisbon (hereinafter "Telemedicine Center store"), will be governed.

The service of the Telemedicine Center store consists of providing and supplying a set of products and/or services to allow the user, who is granted the status of a customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.

Using the Telemedicine Center store implies full acceptance and agreement with all parameters present in the Terms and Conditions described herein, as well as the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of accessing the Telemedicine Center store.

If you do not fully or partially accept any of the stipulated conditions, you should not make purchases at the Telemedicine Center store. If you access the Telemedicine Center store, you are committing to and being responsible for respecting the conditions determined on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

The customer agrees to fully respect the conditions and rights mentioned, as well as to refrain from actions that may violate the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other legislation applicable to the use of images, videos, content, etc., without the express approval of the Telemedicine Center store. The Telemedicine Center store cannot be held responsible for the possible misuse of such products.

Payment Methods

The Telemedicine Center store offers various payment methods visible at the time of purchase completion.

After payment is completed, the Telemedicine Center store will proceed with a standard verification process to enable order processing and shipping. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid for, along with the corresponding invoice.

Purchase Conditions at the Telemedicine Center Store:

Product Availability

All products and/or services available at the Telemedicine Center store can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortage or limitation, as well as for made-to-order products whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice.

If the product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, the Telemedicine Center store commits to contacting the customer by phone or email as soon as possible to expedite the process with them.

Taxes and Fees

In the Telemedicine Center store, the prices presented are in Euros, and the applicable VAT rates and taxes are applied according to current law, which are already included in the presented price.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order placed while it is still being processed. It is requested that the Telemedicine Center store be informed through email contacts.

If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will be forwarded for delivery, and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. In this case, the cancellation may have a cost. The Telemedicine Center store is not responsible for possible delays in processing order cancellations.

The Telemedicine Center store reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud, or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond the Telemedicine Center store's control.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the contract's conclusion.

If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they may do so through the contact emails or by filling out the contact form available at the Telemedicine Center store.

By withdrawing from the contract within the legal period, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. The Telemedicine Center store must refund the amount paid within 14 days after receiving the returned order, accompanied by the purchase invoice, payment receipt, return form, and verification that the product is in the same condition (functioning, packaging, accessories) as it was shipped.

The refund will tend to be made through the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement where the customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.

Any refund procedure will be processed as provided by the legislation in force in Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

Complaints

The customer may file a complaint regarding any issue, act, information, or service provided concerning the Telemedicine Center store through the contact emails or through the electronic Complaints Book.

Disclaimer

By creating and using the account at the Telemedicine Center store, the customer is responsible for maintaining the account's confidentiality and for all activity resulting from their account.

By creating the user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most updated version.

The Telemedicine Center store is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other issues that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.

The Telemedicine Center store is not responsible for possible damages directly or indirectly related to the use or inability to use the products and/or services provided, as well as for any delay or unforeseen circumstances in order delivery.
